Here at Disability Advice North East Suffolk we do much more than simply advise on benefits. Our work focuses on giving free advice, guidance, and representation to our users. There are several ways to access our services, including email, phone, visiting the office, or attending one of our Walk-in services.

Assistance with Grants and Funding

If you have hit hard times and need help to meet the cost of white goods, or specialist equipment, we may be able to assist. We are aware of several Grants and Trust Funds that might be able to help. Call us in confidence to discuss your issue and we will see what we can do.

Outreach Services

Beccles Job Centre the first Tuesday of every month, mornings between 9.30-12.30 .

Bungay Surgery first Tuesday of every month, afternoons between 1.30- 4.30 .

Home Visits

We have some availability for home visits for those who are housebound and unable to reach the office. Please contact the Main office here for the next available appointment.

Mandatory Reconsiderations and Appeals

If you disagree with a decision made by the Department of Work and Pensions regarding your benefit we can offer advice and information to enable you to appeal that decision. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Foodbank Vouchers

No one deserves to go hungry and so we are keen supporters of theTrussell Trust Food Bank Scheme.Foodbank Vouchers are available from our main office during opening hours. Please be aware that we will need to see proof of ID.

Radar Keys

We keep a stock of RADAR keys for accessible toilets. Keys are £4 each and come in two different sizes. Keys are also available at the Marina Centre in Lowestoft.
